Product Return Policy and Warranties
We strive to provide information on our products to our prospective customers! Please investigate your purchase fully with us before you buy so that we can satisfy your inquiries! We have satisfied customers worldwide.
All of the exclusive Arcturus Star Products are made in our facility. If purchased directly from the company, a 30 day return policy applies. Please call ahead before returning for a return ticket number. 1-888-730-1053. Fax, phone, or Email are accepted.
There will be a minimum 15% restock fee for all returned products. Please allow 2 weeks for processing your refund via credit card. If any excessive damage is found on your product, we will contact you and provide the total cost of the restocking fee before refunding.
Please pack and insure your item sufficiently. All shipping charges are not refundable! Need help? Call us.
Our distributors may provide a different return policy for their sales. Please inquire with your distributor before making your purchase!
Warranty
Most products have a two-year full warranty on parts and manufacturing. Some longer warranties may apply to certain products. See your product manual for details on your purchase. Before shipping back your item, call our office for troubleshooting assistance. Sometimes only part of the device needs repair or replacement and needless shipping costs can be avoided.
When receiving your product please observe the condition of the carton. If any excessive damage appears on the carton, please save it and call the company for further guidance. Damage in shipping can be the reason for non-functioning. We can be reimbursed by the shipper and provide you with a replacement!
